We’re a competitive travel baseball program based in the Midland/Odessa area, serving players ages 7–14 across multiple teams. Our mission is to deliver exceptional athletic training, build character, and promote sportsmanship in a challenging and supportive environment. Your support is essential to help us cover costs like league fees, field rentals, team equipment, and tournament entry fees. Our families also take on travel, lodging, and meal expenses—costs that add up quickly. The West Texas Dirt Devils are more than just a competitive baseball team—we’re a family dedicated to shaping the next generation of leaders. Our mission is to provide young athletes with the skills, discipline, and character they need to succeed not only in sports, but in life.
Competitive baseball gives our players something truly special—a safe, structured environment to face challenges, overcome setbacks, and learn how to persevere. Every game, every practice, and every moment on the field teaches valuable lessons in leadership, accountability, and resilience. Players learn how to work as a team, trust one another, and push through adversity with determination and focus.
