The West Texas Dirt Devils invite you to join us in shaping the future of young athletes and helping them reach their fullest potential—on the field and in life. Based in Midland/Odessa, our competitive travel baseball program serves players ages 7–14 across multiple teams, with a commitment to developing athletes who are not only skilled but also disciplined, coachable, and resilient.

Our mission goes beyond wins and losses. We deliver elite training while instilling strong character and the values of hard work, accountability, mental toughness, and sportsmanship. Every Dirt Devil is expected to push past comfort zones, overcome adversity, and embrace the grind that turns coachability and effort into raw talent. The only two things a child must have before joining our program are simple: coachability and effort.

Looking ahead, our vision for Fall 2026 is to expand into 15U–18U teams, traveling across the country to compete in front of college coaches at national showcase tournaments. This will give our athletes a platform to display their ability, pursue their dreams of playing at the next level, and represent West Texas with pride.

But our mission is bigger than baseball. As a program, we are not only training athletes who want to test themselves—we are preparing young people to become strong, responsible, and resilient adults. We teach them to push through hard times, to challenge themselves, and to develop the mental toughness needed for life’s bigger battles.

We are also building a community of families who support one another. Through the sport of baseball, we create an environment where athletes and parents alike can lean on each other during challenges, celebrate victories together, and form bonds that last far beyond the game.
