Located in the heart of Midland–Odessa, we train with purpose, coach with integrity, and lead with passion. Our mission extends beyond the scoreboard; we focus on cultivating character, discipline, mental resilience, and personal accountability in every athlete.


We are committed to a merit-based approach — every roster spot is earned through hard work and a coachable mindset. Prioritizing long-term player development over short-term convenience, we do not rely on guest players or quick fixes. Our coaching staff sets clear expectations, fosters a positive and inclusive culture, and holds each player to high standards both on and off the field.
